SO WHAT SPECIFIC COOKIES DO WE USE?

WORKING WITH PERSONAL DATA IN THE FRAMEWORK OF RECRUITMENT PROCEDURES

If you are interested in any of the vacancies we advertise on our website, please send us your CV. We will process the personal data you provide in your CV or cover letter to assess whether you are the ideal candidate for the position.

ON WHAT BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

We may use your personal data for the purpose of conducting selection procedures on the basis of the law.

We will only obtain and process references from your former employers and co-workers as part of the selection procedure if you give us your consent to do so. Of course, we will be happy to receive your consent to check the references, but we cannot force you to give it in any way.

HOW LONG WILL WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

If we do not agree on cooperation, we will not process your personal data any further and we will delete it within 1 month after the end of the selection procedure.

If we do agree to cooperate, we will process your personal data for the duration of our cooperation and until the statutory shredding periods expiry. All of this data processing is made possible by the so-called GDPR regulation (contract negotiation and contract performance).

WHO WILL WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

With WMC Group, a.s., with registered office at Plynární 1617/10, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, ID No.: 24186821, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague under File Ref. B 17695. This company is our service organization, which helps us, among other things, with the organization of selection procedures and evaluation of candidates.

COMMON INFORMATION ON THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling based on the data you provide.

The processing of your personal data takes place within the European Union. If processing takes place outside the EU, then it is being done on the basis of the relevant legislation (exemptions approved by the European Union or after meeting other data security requirements).

The GDPR (Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC) gives you many rights. These include the right to withdraw the consent that forms the basis of our processing of your personal data at any time (however, withdrawing consent does not make the previous processing of personal data based on that consent unlawful, it only leads to our obligation to stop that processing). Furthermore, you have the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, request access to your personal data, request its update or correction, request a restriction of processing, a copy of your personal data, a transfer of your personal data or request the erasure of personal data processed by us. If you believe that we are not processing your personal data as we should, you can contact us using the contacts listed at the top of this page, lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or take legal action. However, we firmly believe that no such situation will arise.
